Hi there folks, things have been going great for me over the last few months. Lots of changes an business opportunities for those of you who are interested.
First of all, I've lost close to 30 lbs through exercise and eating well. I have not starved myself (in fact I had to eat more to loose weight)!
My success has led me to join with Team Beachbody as a coach to help others reach their fitness goals.
