I was just thinking about Memorial Day and what it means to me. I find it a day full of Gratitude and Memories.

We at www.keepitsimpleseries.com thank the service men for doing just that! BEING OF SERVICE to us and our country!They risked their lives and continue to do so every day around the world.

We also need to thank ourselves for supporting them. We are all connected, though we may loose sight of that once in a while. There is no seperation between us. And our service in the world we affect every day is our way of paying them back for recieving the opportunity to do so.

So today I give thanks to you in Gratitude!

Besides looking back into our memories of people gone by I encourage everyone to use today to create new memories. Our children and the people we come in contact with deserve us to be present and giving NOW. This Memorial Day can become a wonderful day of NEW memories for you and your famil.y

So while I am celebrating the memory of those who sacrificed for us, I renew my commitment to give all the energy I can to fostering improvement in myself and the energy I place into every sacred moment that is my life!
